Organisation
Memoriav is an Association in accordance with Article 60 ff. of the Swiss Civil Code.
Its entities are the general meeting, the board of directors, the office and the controlling body.
The board of directors is made up of representatives of the founding members and at most three representatives of the other collective members.
The office is the executive branch of the society. Employees share management, administration, communication and documentation, as well as access (data availability).
The competence networks for photography, sound/radio, film and video/TV are made up of experts, who are responsible for technical and content issues.
